Find peace through music.

In my quest to supply resources for artists in every field, I have stumbled upon a website that is full of resources to musicians.

The Playing for Change Foundation is dedicated to connecting the world through music by providing resources to musicians and their communities around the world. Learn more, hear some great tunes and find out how you can help.

Playing for change has tie ups with Concord Music group and Hear Music.

What I find a bit odd in this web site is they sell merchandise like caps, t-shirts and coffee mugs with their logo on them.

The site sports a black background that is not pleasing on the eyes.

Mail Browser Back Up.

Those who are not using mobile browsers should look into this wonder software called Mail Browser Back Up.

As the URL suggests, it is a handy too that backs up your browser profile and settings and also your email clients.

It comes in a ZIP file and requires no installation; Just run the program from within the uncompressed folder.

We have to sometimes reinstall the Windows XP. WE remember to take back up of all the important folders and files. But, we usually don't remember to back up our browser settings and Outlook Express or Incredimail.

This is a major setback for us. This software will resolve this issue.

How to find a ski resort with at least 2000 ft of vertical,

LiftSift is a light-weight tool made to discover a user’s perfect skiing destination based lift-ticket price, vertical, distance, and a number of other options.

When I have touched snow in my life, what do I know about Skiing? Very little. But I love that sport. I admire the courage of theskiers.

Above all, the skiers take me to places that I can never dream of visiting. That is why I have become a fan of skiing.

I thought I could give something in return to the skiers who have given me so much pleasure.

Go to recessionjunction.com

Recession Junction is where people who are hit by the recession get some merchandise to uplift their mood!

Just Kidding!

I don't know the reason behind the name but they seem to convey something. It is supposed to be a place that will get people through the Recession with a sense of humor with a new "Recession Tip of the Week" and great gifts like Golden Parachute Skydiving Team T-shirts and more.

They sell T-shirts, glasses, bumper stickers with some humor thrown on the wares. The site is very simple. The menu could wear larger fonts.

Pay a visit to Recession Junction.

Make your customized start page.

Do you know start pages? They are the ones that will display when you open your browser. It is a way of customization and you decide what you would like to read daily in the first place.

You can set (I do) your home to Google IG by. It can have anything you decide. All you do is add stuff to be searched and displayed as per your interest.

Some people will set their home page as Yahoo! (in ancient times) but now I am sure Digg, FaceBook or any other social sites have replaced Yahoo!

I will introduce to you Hittery.com, your own custom search dashboard. It is a sort of your own search engines that will be like a slave to you as we have seen in the movies or read in the comics books.

Whatever you wish to look for, the search engine will obediently oblige you.
What you can do with Hittery.com
Choose from over 130 search engines
Drag and drop the search boxes in a way that is convenient to you.
Search for gadgets, technological news, movies launches, video games, celebrities gossip, new diet supplements and so on.

A fun way to stay updated if your a net addict like me.
