When the Regency Beauty Institute announced its opening of a campus in Columbia, South Carolina last year, one of my ex-students, who is now settled in the U.S., heaved a sigh of relief.

She was first accepted by the cosmetology school in Missouri. But, even before she joined, her parents moved to South Carolina. She dejectedly cancelled her admission but was informed of the future opening of a beauty school in South Carolina.

I believe she will be starting her course during this academic year in Regency Beauty Institute, a well-established and highly respected cosmetology institute in the U.S.
