Gold is still under priced.

I cannot say I stumbled on to the web release on recent gold trends, investing in gold and future price movements of gold. I have subscribed to a bunch of precious metals investment newsletter and one of them is from the U.S. Gold Bureau that I respect most for its meaningful articles on bullion market.

I am not new to buy gold coins and silver bars. I have been doing it for years. Still, I read the newsletters seriously; I would never like to miss important tips on precious metals investment.

It has been said that gold should occupy at least 5% of your total portfolio. I beg to differ. I would say one should put 100% of the investment in gold and silver only.

After all, gold never turned its back on its loyal supporters. It would never do.

It is gold, man, gold!

Read Filthy Lucre.

As a passionate blogger, it is my habit to read myriad blogs on myriad subjects. While reading, I pick valuable knowledge, ideas for my blog content and appreciate well written blogs. I generally subscribe to blogs that I think are better than mine.

Ed Shull's Filthy Lucre (filthylucre.com) somehow escaped my attention so far. Man, he writes so well! He is comfortable with diverse topics that include health, lifestyle and money.

Today, I read his blog post on a diner named Maple Tree in Las Vegas. Of course, I have no intention of ever going to Las Vegas, so, the restaurant itself did not interest me.

I was enjoying the way he wrote his blog post. Very creative. While reading his article, I also learnt about Cha Cha, an useful search engine that answers to odd questions.

Addicted to gold?

I would gladly forego my wish to buy gold bullion for the annual ‘Akshaya Thrithiyai” festival for this stunning piece of Platinum American Eagle. It costs only $100. This could be a precious showpiece for me.

I spotted this beautiful platinum coin in the web site of United States Gold Bureau. I don’t think it will available anywhere else. Even if it is available, I would buy only the America’s trusted precious metals source, usgoldbureau.com

After reading their recent web release, I wondered why they have not talked about platinum coins at all. The American Eagle platinum coins are lovely and even as an investment, it will be a worthy addition.

I think liquidating platinum coins is not very easy as gold or silver coins. Yes, how many people in the world would compromise their addiction to the gleaming yellow metal?

World Chess Championship video clip.

I always wanted to watch a Chess Tournament live and Viswanathan Anand should be facing a tough Russian player. Thus far, I never watched it even on TV.

A few minutes ago, one of my Twitter follower forwarded me a link to http://videos.chessdom.com/fide-world-chess-championship

There, I saw Anand sitting majestically, concentrating hard on the chessboard and sat opposite to him was Topolav. Though I was excited to see Anand in action, I could not see his moves on the chessboard. I wish the coverage had shown each and every move played by both the players.

Please visit the link above and be proud to be an Indian. And don't fail to appreciate the grandeur of the hall that was scattered with empty chairs.

How to wear a 'pancha kachcham'?

When did you last visit Wiki How, the Internet's most visited site for 'how to' tutorials? There are quite a lot of new articles that might get unnoticed by many if they are not alert or just don't know what they are looking for.

This will article will be very useful to my husband and many young brahmins of India who don't know how to wear a 'pancha kachcham' dothi. This particular dress is essential for all religious functions and 99% of the brahmins don't know how to wear a pancha kachcham.

In 12 easy to understand steps, 4 authors have explained the process with photos. I thank them all on behalf of my husband.

Shorten your affiliate links and track them too.

Even before Twitter came to rule the Internet Marketer's time, there was this tinyurl.com that thousands of people used to shorten their long affiliate URLs.

Shorten your affiliate links and track them too. When you shorten your lengthy and revealing affilaite links using bit.ly, you not only get a real sweet and short URL plus it is also cloaked thus hiding your true URL. In other words, it is a link that is cloaked.

Bit.ly also tracks the clicks on your shortened links and gives you a basic performance reprt.

I have been using bit.ly since lats 4 months. I am giving below the screenshot of my bit.ly analytical report of my links' performance.
