After I wrote about candy vending machines, I am seeing lot of vending machines ads. Vending machines that handle tablets, coins, cool drinks, sweets, tooth brushes and news papers.
There may be more but I know only this much.
But in India, platform tickets vending machines installed at the railway stations are total failures. They work only for a few weeks and then break down and remain so till they remove it from the place.
But I must appreciate the effort of railways. Even after repeated failures, they manage to install new ones that also meet the same fate after sometime.
Where have all the software engineers gone? Wake up India!
