Who expected the top social media giant Linkedin.com would forage into questions and answers?

In spite of the site launched by such popular website, it is still not yet reached the desired number of people who are looking for quality information on myriad subjects.
Every question and answer site will offer a lot of interesting reads. Here is an question that made me click on the title:
" Are you a fan of Ghost Tweeting?"
What I find strange in the site is, there is no basic search facility.
