Online academic writing center.

My file on Capella University was not getting updated for sometime. I have been adding all the web releases of Capella University, an accredited online university of high repute.

Taking my advice seriously, last year, one of my students enrolled himself in Capella’s project management school mba program. The online MBA program will help him build professional effectiveness skills that advance his career–with courses on topics such as managing change, negotiation, and ethical leadership.

As per the latest web release, I learnt that Capella University’s comprehensive online academic writing center primarily for graduate level students is now available to the public at www.capellawritingcenter.org

Leslie Olsen, Writing Center Coordinator at Capella University has provided very useful resources online aimed to help you develop your scholarly writing. She says Capella University has decided to make this writing resource available to the general public because, first, it’s the nature of writing centers to share resources, and second, we have some unique resources to share that are a result of the collaboration among faculty, staff, and our incredible web and instructional designers,”

PHD in Public Safety – Emergency Management.

There is a glaring lack of highly skilled leaders in ‘Emergency Management’ in India. Newspaper reports point out the deficit of educated personnel who are adept in organizing training to field forces who lend support to the society in times crisis.

But newspapers stop at the point of reporting and they don’t suggest ways to overcome this lacuna. If given an opportunity, I will address the situation and lead the interested persons to get themselves qualified academically by taking up a PhD program in Public safety-Emergency Management, a rare combination of course offered by the capella university.

This exclusive PhD program will empower those engaged in law enforcement, fire services, emergency communications, or other public safety fields.

Founded in 1993, Capella University is an accredited*, fully online university that offers graduate online degree programs in business, information technology, education, human services, public health, public safety, and psychology, and bachelor’s degree programs in business, information technology, and public safety.

Earn your degree online.

Clearly a case of wrong preconceived notion is that online education makes one more introvert-true or false?

My answer is ‘false’. This concept arises based on a premise that going to college helps one to become more social. I will not agree to this point. I have been in the teaching profession for the past 13 years and I know what I am talking about.

While I am not a strong advocate of online education, I also don’t discourage people who opt for it. There are exceptional online institutions in the world that cater to every type of students. The clear example is the Capella University, the fully accredited online university that has been recently chosen as a finalist for a Minnesota Tekne Award.

I would recommend parents to browse the various courses offered at Capella University before deciding to look beyond it.

Capella currently offers 101 graduate and undergraduate specializations and 15 certificate programs. The online university currently serves nearly 20,000 students from all 50 states and 56 countries.

Doing one more Masters Degree.

I don’t see any harm in doing one more Masters Degree in Education. After all this is my profession and I sincerely want to be a role model. My contributions towards educating high school students in mathematics should be of immense benefit to them and to my country.

I have identified what should be subject of higher studies. Master of Science (M.S.) in Education - K-12 Studies in Education is my choice that will help me develop new competencies to enhance my teaching techniques, administration of an educational institution and my leadership qualities.

The curriculum is aligned with nationally recognized teaching standards, including the National Board of Professional Teaching Standards (NBPTS), and is designed to prepare me to produce significant improvements in student achievement.

I can get this masters degree from capella university that provides high quality online education. I have already heard about capella university from other academicians from all over the world.

It is committed to providing high-caliber academic excellence and pursuing balanced business growth. Capella University is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Capella Education Company headquartered in Minneapolis.
