As a collector of every other internet marketing resource, I am keen on introducing new social bookmarking sites that I find. Three days before I found http://netlz.corank.com/. I don't why it is called as a social bookmarking community because it is just another social bookmarking site but built on CoRank.

The site is very slow.
The Categories are too few.

I had to submit my Beauty and Makeup blog under 'Health' category and it took five minutes to complete the submission.

The only advantage that appealed to me by submitting in it was I got a 'do follow' link. In addition, my blog is the only link in the site for beauty and makeup. I searched http://netlz.corank.com for the keywords 'makeup', 'skin care', 'hair style' and it returned zero results.

Let me expand the 'Pop Culture'- Lifestyle, entertainment, sports, money and other stuff. So, one can further expand the 'Other Stuff' and include anything and everything that is excluded from their main four categories. I took it as an opportunity and submitted one of my blog posts that I thought will come under the 'other stuff'.

Of course, matured users won't indulge in universal exclusions like racism, hatred, war and etc, etc.

You can use it as use any social bookmarking sites like Digg, Reddit, Lookmarks and so on.

When you log in to your technorati account, go to http://technorati.com/wtf.

Just to familiarize yourself, read through several WTF listed by other users. Click on links found in them.

But have I made use of it? No to be frank.

While I fully realize the role of social bookmarking sites to increase link popularity, I don't agree with the general view that it will drive thousands of targeted visitors because everyone is using them to list their websites or blogs but no one is using them to look for information.

Just tell me, how many times you see daily a post or a message announcing Digg exchange or technorati favorite exchange? Even if you oblige, do you really care to browse through the favorites you have added to your account?
