So you have joined several PTR sites, spent hours reading worthless emails who mostly will ask you to join another PTR site.

Have you ever gotten paid? May be, just may be if you have signed up hundreds under you.

Don't join sites that will pay you only after you earnings reach a minimum amount.
Don't join sites that says each email is worth $100. (come on, will you pay that much as an advertiser?)
