Indians are not avid sailors. I am talking about Indian travelers only. I know that Indian Navy is one of the strongest outfits in the world.
When it comes to traveling, very few Indians would prefer a relaxed cruise. Also, India doesn't have attractive tourist places in the waters.
Kayak.com, a leading travel search engine, offers some cruising packages. But no destination in India is included in their search destinations.
However, the search function is excellent with wide range of options. Kayak was started by founders of Orbitz, Travelocity and Expedia who believed in a better online travel experience.
Kayak says that they make money when travelers click on advertisements and when they click on the results from travel suppliers like airlines, hotels and rental car companies.
