This bird is called Blue Jay. I searched for its image on a totally new image search engine known as Picture Sandbox.
The result of my search baffled me.

Out of all the above, I got fantastic pictures of Blue Jay from Dreamstime. All these images are free stock photos.
Don't ever search for images anymore in Google images. Of course you can but if you want more options, you can certainly try picture sandbox.
