How to open a PSD file without Photoshop?
Bloggers, resellers, webmasters and affiliate marketers often get access to PSD (photo shop document) files along with their purchase of websites, blogs, free PLR reports and MRR sites.In order to open PSD files, they need to have Photoshop application which is not available free. In order to edit the images contained in PSD files, they need to have some sort of web application similar to Photoshop.

If they can get a free image editing tool, it would solve their problem. As I was reading the newsletter from Makeuseof.com, I read about such a free image editing tool called Paint.Net (http://www.getpaint.net/), that can serve as an alternative to Photoshop.
